Shadowself:
There is a time to mourn when seasons fall
A time for remembrance at the end of it all
I embraced my fears, a life forsaken
And never strayed from any path I have taken
I fall into my mind's crescendo when everything is coming to a halt
But my desperation is calling and I fail to see the light appear before my eyes

Demon:
I deny this fading disguise
Euphoria, melancholy, secrets enlightened
You stumble through endeavoursjust to face another fall
In this sanctuary of illusions I will set the course; the balance of it all

Shadowself:
I stand again for all to see
The question remains for all eternity
I stayed within these silent walls where emptiness reigns and shadows fall
I live to see another day
But this feeling inside me just won't go away

But no one can see what is happening inside of me

Demon:
Echoes are sounding as time passes by
But the voices will wither for those left to die

Breaking down this tragic scene of emptiness unbound

I left the world behind to hide inside my own
In the dark, an undiscovered passageway to the unknown
Unveiled a portal where the light is breaking through
